5. How do we contribute to the society?

Giving is fulfilling, and in addition to the regular donations to Salvation Army, we greatly enjoy contributing to a variety of charitable organizations, especially the ones that help children around the World. ARY D’PO is actively participating in those programs by donating jewelry collections for their occasional silent auctions organized for the fundraising purposes.

Among some of those organizations are Heal Los Angeles Foundation and Children of Armenia Fund (COAF).

7. What Metals are used by ARY D’PO to craft the jewelry?

Depending on a design, we use Sterling Silver or Brass as a base material and plate it with precious metals, such as Gold or Rhodium (Platinum) to enhance the look of the jewelry, provide durability, and prevent it from tarnishing.

8. What is Rhodium and why is it used by ARY D’PO?

Rhodium is a rare durable corrosion-, oxidation-, and scratch-resistant noble metal, a member of the platinum family. Rhodium has a higher melting point and is highly reflective, which make it ideal for jewelry industry, where it is usually used for plating over other metals for a shinier look. However, it is also used in other industries as a finish. While rhodium’s typical color is silvery-white, we also use black Rhodium, which is one of its colors and looks stunning, as you can see it on some of our designs.

9. What makes the ARY D’PO jewelry preserve its original look for so long?

In addition to the Gold or Rhodium (Platinum) plating used by ARY D’PO, our manufacturing technology involves implementing a special anti-tarnishing layer, which significantly increases the life of our jewelry in its original beautiful look.

10. Are the ARY D’PO earrings hypoallergenic?

All ARY D’PO Earrings have solid Sterling Silver hooks and wires plated with Gold or Rhodium (Platinum). As other precious metals, pure Silver is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction and is typically safe for sensitive ears. Often, Sterling Silver (0.925) consists of 92.5% of pure Silver and 7.5% of other metals. If Nickel (which many people are sensitive to) is used among those 7.2% of metals, that type of Sterling Silver may cause an allergic reaction to some people. Therefore, we do not use Nickel-consisting metals to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our customers.

11. Are the ARY D’PO Necklaces and Bracelets adjustable?

ARY D’PO is for everyone who loves jewelry and art, so we make sure our Necklaces and Bracelets have adjustable extensions or sliders to find the perfect fit for each individual beauty that wears ARY D’PO.

12. How to extend the life of the jewelry?

One of the main recommendations is to keep your jewelry away from direct exposure to alcohol and alcohol-based products like perfume. As we specify in our Packaging and Care instructions, if the item gets wet, dry it carefully and use a cotton soft cloth to remove excess residue after each wear. If the item requires more cleaning, it may also be cleaned by using warm soapy water.

While our Gold or Rhodium plating and additional anti-tarnishing layer prevent the jewelry from scratches and changing its color, it is recommended to store it separately from other jewelry (in a pouch provided by ARY D’PO) when not in use.

13. Does ARY D’PO provide Free Shipping?

14. How to Return an item?

To request a return, please send an e-mail to [email protected], listing your order number, item(s) you would like to return, and a reason for return. We will send you a free Return Shipping Label along with the return instructions, once the Return Request is approved by ARY D’PO.
